Week 29- Sabbath Week
We had a quiet week. Nothing much to report. Our adventure plans were postponed to a later date, there was simply too much rain to get outside this week. We had a very restful week, and I am hoping we will be ready to get back to the books when Monday rolls around.
Monday the kids had a dentist appointment. We did a Bible study, called Believe. We also watched some Liberty Kids.
Tuesday we played Uno Dare and Snappy Dressers. If you have never played Uno Dare with your children, I highly recommend it. They laughed so hard at me trying to do all the dares!
Wednesday morning Logan finally got his new wheelchair. It fits him so much better, and it is way more comfortable for him. We also had a meeting with his new care coordinator. That afternoon was trap practice, church potluck, and bible study. I stayed home from the evening activities, I needed a Mom moment.
Thursday we just watched it rain and hung around the house most of the day. We did go do a major grocery shopping trip to restock our pantry.
Friday we ran a few errands in town and took care of some farm chores between the rain showers.
Saturday we have a ton of different directions to go. The boys have a fun outing to go on with friends, and us girls are going to do something as well. Lillian has decided to not continue with Taekwondo, so no tournament tomorrow for us now. We have several church events tomorrow as well, men's breakfast and monthly singing. It will be a busy day!
Our baby goats are doing great. One of them did get shunned, so we are bottle feeding him. He had kinda a hard start to the bottle, but he is loving it now. The other two seem to be doing just fine. They are all so cute! We are having to keep the bottle baby on the porch in a pen, the others will not let him in the goat house. However, we take him out to the pen when it is not raining to let him learn to be a goat. Right now he much prefers being people!
"And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not." Galations 6:9
